Beyoncé’s new album, “Cowboy Carter,” is set to be released on March 29, 2024. It’s the second installment of a trilogy project she conceived during the COVID-19 pandemic, following Renaissance (2022).
This album is a departure from her usual style and is influenced by country music. Beyoncé has described it as an opportunity to reclaim a genre she previously felt unwelcomed in.
The album’s title and cover art were revealed on March 27th, along with a tracklist that appears to be rodeo-themed. The two released singles, “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages,” don’t necessarily give a full picture of what the rest of the album will sound like, but fans are eagerly awaiting its release.
The “Cowboy Carter” tracklist is quite unique, with 26 songs and some interesting titles that hint at the album’s rodeo theme:
